Sorry to hear you are runnng into this issue. Could you check if there's anything affecting access to essential network endpoints, e.g., ad-blockers (including those built into browsers like Brave), strict Firewall settings, network proxies, custom DNS server etc.

 

If you are using these, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html are allowed.

 

Another thing worth trying is a different browser, or incognito/private browsing mode.
