Can't login on any browser or App on Laptop an Smartphone

I try to acces Adobe express since two days and can't access the site. I already cleared cache, restarted router tried to log in in private and log in with another e-mail. I get always the same message: An error is occurred try to reload the site or go back to homepage. It doesn't matter what I click it happens nothing. I tried to access other online products like firefly or photoshop and I had the same result. Here is a pic about it.
