Can't move voice over

After adding more pieces to my recording I cannot move the voiceover to the right. Very upsetting

I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to replicate this.

It might help to extend the video at the end, enabling you to position it to the right.

Also, was this an issue you've experienced with the mobile beta?
