Can't open file

Whenever i go to open one of our files it says that it is converting it to the new format - and then it fails

Apologies for the late response and also for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express. Are you still facing this issue?

We've been working on improving the app experience and have come up with updates that might help you with these issues.
