Can't open my files in Adobe Express on mobile

About two weeks now I can't open my files on my mobile. The app is running but when I try to open a project it loads and loads and loads.

On desktop everything runs smoothly...

Anyone else with that issue? Is it a bug, shall I wait for the new update or is it fixable by myself?

Hi @Jen_vdk, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! 

Can you please confirm whether it's a specific project type (e.g., video, webpage, post, presentation) that is causing this experience, or if opening any/all kinds of projects yields the same experience? Have you tried switching to a different internet connection to see if that makes any difference? You may also want to ensure that the app and the device OS are updated to their latest available official version, and also that you're not on any VPN or have any active firewall.

Adobe Express Version number:

 

Along with a screen recording of the workflow that performs properly and the one that is causing issues. It'll help us investigate and then resolve this issue.
