When I attempt to connect my Instagram Account I recieve the following error. Does anybody know why?

I'm sorry you're having trouble.

I haven't been able to replicate this issue.

 

If you've not tried yet, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.

I keep getting a message that I am not a premium member, so I have to use different (rediculous) methods to connect Adobe Express to Instagram.

I have connected by business instagram account with the business facebook page, both of which I am an admin. I've tried connecting the business instagram page in Adobe Express but I get a connection failed error. I tried connecting the instagram page with my personal facebook page, and the connection was successful, but when I tested posting something to instagram, it was posted onto my personal instagram page. And this is NOT what I want. Please help.

My Instagram page is connected with FB and it is creator account, but can't connect with Schedule

Connecting my Facebook account to Adobe Express worked, but when connecting my Instagram account to Adobe Express, I always get an error message even though I have connected the business Instagram channel to my Facebook account.

Hi @Nicole35520229luxq  - please can you explain more about what doesn't work and share screenshots of any error messages?

Hi there, I am trying to connect with instagram using Facebook pages but it's failed, previously it was working but now it's not working please take a look on it what has happened and please fix this problem as soon as possible https://new.express.adobe.com/schedule/setup

Hello @Andy Lambert ,

 

Thanks for replying.

I've connected to my FB business account, and I'm able to post on FB without any problem.

Whenever I try to post on Instagram, the following messsage appears "

Post failed
Unfortunately, your Instagram post failed. Please retry publishing your post, or refresh your Instagram connection before retrying."
I tried multiple times to reconnect, but the same message appears.
