Can't "Publish to Web" to get link. Stuck in a "Sign Up for Premium" Loop but I already have Premium

Having the same problem - I've tried all of the recommendations listed here and on other threads - I've tried different laptops, different browsers, cleared cache's and cookies, rebooted devices, etc. and still will not provide a link when trying to publish.

We're sorry to hear about the issue & for the delay. Are you still experiencing the issue? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

You can also try signing out and signing in again to check if that makes any difference.

try an incognito browser maybe something is cached. 

You may also want to try duplicating the project and seeing if you can publish the duplicate instead. 

There are lots of these little bugs in the "new" version that are really frustrating.
