Can't remove video backround

Hello,

I can't remove the background from one section of video I am creating.

Also, for other sections where I have removed the background, only the background displays when playing and subject is not visible.

Hope you can help as my project is currectly 'dead in the water'!

i have premium access as well if that matters?

i tried everything but the remove video background is still grey and wont let me.

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please check in a different browser and try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser. You could also try any other video to confirm if it is happening with all videos while removing the background or a particular one.
