Can’t save or download work

The progess bar for preparing the file gets to about 90%, sometimes 100% and it gets stuck. Never gets to the download window.  If I quit the app and relaunch it the file is blank in my contents but does open. Need help!

Ok Problem solved. Was on tge chat with a tech and we solved the problem.  Something in my original project didn't sync properly. I was told to duplicate it and see if that works. It did. Thank you Adobe Support Team.

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the platform you're using? Is it a desktop or a mobile device? Is it happening with all files or a specific one? In what file format are you trying to download the file?

 

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
