Can't save template

I'm having trouble saving an image template I made, and the only thing the error message says is that its having trouble saving the template.

How do I troubleshoot this? I've tried both the app and the browser version on chrome and firefox, but it happens on all of them.

Can you please indicate the exact error you are seeing and the steps that you have performed to get there?

– Check your internet connection
– Rename the project without using special characters (e.g., / \ * #)
– Try duplicating the project and saving the copy
– Clear your browser cache (or reinstall the app if using mobile)
– Log out and back into your Adobe account
