I am having the same issue. It will not stop spinning and I cannot access my text. I think the fix is to stop using Adobe Express because issues like this happen often, and is leaving me unable to accomplish any work.

Please share a screernshot of your Adobe Express project window and tell us a bit more about what you are trying to do. There's no way to help you without knowing more about the problem.
