Can't share reel to social channels

I can't share my reel to my social channels. I just get this message, so I don't have the option to add a cover photo either. If I go ahead and try to publish it just sits in my content scheduler...going nowhere.

 

I've tried clearing my cache, disconnecting and reconnecting to social channels, I've logged out of Adobe express and then back in again...I've tried different WiFi networks...I'm stuck!

 

Any suggestions? Is this a bug?

I'm running MacOS Sonoma, on Chrome.

Hi Dave, it seems to have worked now, hurray! I was using an Adobe express library video btw.

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. Does this happen with all videos or just this specific one? Was the video one you created in Adobe Express or elsewhere? How large is the video file?
