Can't Upload files to Adobe Express Scheduler

Been getting this message all morning (see attached screen shot). Nor can I get any social channels to connect. I was very excited to start using this app to exclusively manage my social media design and scheduling, but so far nothing is working, i've spent hours troubleshooting and going on help forums with no success so far.

Hi,

 

I'm having the same problem and tried everything. Updated ios, deleted cache, restarted, a different browser... it's not working.

I am getting this exact error. We have a premium account. One of my employees on our account is not having this issue but I am and I am the account owner. The artwork file is not uploading no matter if it's an animation or just a single image. See the OP's attached imagescreenshot. We have tried the scheduler and every other way to try to connect.
