Can't Upload Photos

All of the sudden, we cannot upload our photos to these templates. Your stock photos work, but we can't upload our jpgs.

Could you explain what happens when you try to upload photos? Do you get an error message, or does it fail silently? Or perhaps the upload is incomplete (grey boxes)?
