Cannot access student designs from Adobe Express Classroom

When I attempt to open a student’s design from an Assignment in a Classroom, I cannot get past this message:

I have tried various devices and browsers. I have cleared cookies, cache, and history all-time to no avail.

Solved. Kind of. We had to refresh the page for each student entry. Not ideal. But it works.
