Keep getting a 502 Gateway Error when trying to add connection to LinkedIn. Wanting to see if it works before going premium.

Successfully able to reconnect LinkedIn this morning! Nothing changed on my end, but as I did the same steps I'd done for the past 6 days, I got a successful connection screen from Adobe!  Thank you!

Yep, I tired all of that again and I'm still getting the page from Adobe stating Connection Error

Thanks for your response @MTRealtors,

Please ensure that your profile has the permission. Please navigate to your LinkedIn Company Page, select Settings > Manage Admins, and ensure that your LinkedIn Personal Profile has the permission of Super Admin.

I'm also experiencing this same issue in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. Logged out of LinkedIn, cache cleared on every browser, computer restarted, yet everytime Adobe says Connection Failed. Has been 5 days, so something is wrong, but not on my end.

I experience the same problem. It's been going on for two days. I tried the app, safari, chrome, Firefox... I thought it was temporarily but...

Hi @Richard5EEB,

We're sorry to hear about this issue. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Tarun
