Cannot connect to instagram token

every time i reconnect to instagram token it flashes a message showing a successful connection then immediately reverts to saying the connection was unsuccessful and i need to retry. have now done this about 20 times. retrying isnt helping

        Hey there, I'm sorry about this issue. It was caused by an outage on Meta's end and appears to be resolved now.
