cannot create new file with custom size in inches

After clicking the big blue and white plus sign, I select "custom size", and I hit the arrow and scroll down to inches, once I hit "in." that screen disappears and I'm left at the home page. Please help!

I haven't been able to reproduce this error.

 

It may help you log off Adobe Express and clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest version using a different browser or incognito mode. If this didn't help, you could also try restarting your device.
