Cannot decrease the timing of a layer below 4.1 seconds

  • Cannot resize any layer in the timeline below 4.1 seconds
    • Also cannot move layer in timeline when below this duration, but can select them
  • Began around March 20th I believe with a new update to the UI of Adobe Express that happened around this time

I use desktop on a Macbook. Now it is letting me only do a layer duration of 3.1 seconds
