Cannot delete a custom front from my list of uploaded fonts

I am not able to remove an incomplete custom TTF font I uploaded. It deletes from my Express Brand space, but its replacement font -- an OTF font -- cannot be uploaded. It identifies the OTF font as a duplicate but gives no option to replace the existing one. This is a bug. Now, I cannot use this font. (see attached images)

Any solution?
