I can't delete anything on a project I'm working on

I am also having this issue. The delete icon is greyed out and I am working on my surface pro with a surface pen, so using delete on the keyboard is not feasible.

What about clicking the layer and using the Delete key on your keyboard? Does that work?

I can't click on the delete button nor does it give me any other option to

Sorry to hear things are not going smoothly for you.

Are you getting any errors when trying to delete? Have you tried the right-click menu/the backspace key?

Are you able to delete assets from other projects? Are your elements unlocked?
