Cannot delete my account

It is frustrating that the directions for deleting my account are not accurate. Attached are the screenshots from my experience following the instructions in your support files for deleting my account (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/delete-adobe-account.html). Step 1: Create free account and login with SSL (Google account in this case). Step 2: do not sign up for any paid features. Step 3: Go to the exact page as described in the instructions. Step 4: You will be unable to delete account. Is there anything you can do to help me out here?
