cannot download a project

Hello, thinking what I'd do, if you haven't tried yet, I suggest opening a new browser tab and in that new tab opening that project and trying to download there, as sometimes you just need to refresh, I know it's a glitch but that's what I'd try first. I'm not sure which browser you are using but I'd also try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge etc, as I see it that might help for resolving similar issues)  Hope this helps, I'd like to be updated about the issue you're having and if you share more details maybe another expert/designer could be helpful.
