Cannot download as a good and perfect pdf file

I am creating a portfolio and can't download the documents I need in pdf form but can download them individually as png or jpeg, whereas in the portfolio there are many links for documents to be shown and can only be accessed if the documents containing the links are in pdf form. I hope this can be rectified or reviewed soon.
