Cannot download file

hello, I could really do with some help with this file that I sent hours editing and will not download. I've tried everything from clearing my cache to using different search engines, refresshing the page AND shutting down the computer, I do think it's a problem on your end which is really disappointing as I am paying for this service, and I cannot cancel without a fee so just makes it more frustrating.
