Cannot Download File

I keep experiencing an error message when attempting to download my video. It always gets to between 50-60% complete and then crashes. I have restarted my computer. I have closed all unnecessary programs. I have cleared my browser cache and downloads. Please assist.

Could you please share the URL of your Express file (from the browser's address bar) when the file is open. Also, does "crash" mean you are forced to close/refersh the browser tab or simply that you see an error message related to the failed download? A screenshot would help.
