Cannot download my projects

I can't download my projects. I've registered for the premium yet can't download for like 2 days now

Sorry to hear you're having trouble downloading your projects; it sounds frustrating. Please let us know if you use the web or mobile app (iOS/Android). Also, are you seeing any error messages, or does the download not start? We'd also like to know what project type you're working on (post or video) and what export format you use (PNG, JPG, PDF, or MP4). 

 

We'll do our best to get this sorted for you quickly!
