Cannot download my work today!!

I worked for an hour or more on an Adobe Express project and now i cannot download it OR share.  A window comes up saying "We're working on your file.  You'll be able to download it soon".  I'm using Adobe Express on  an HP All-In-One Desktop PC 27-cr0000a.  Windows 11 Home - 64 bit - 16GB.

 

And while we're here.., why do you keep changing things.., every day I am struggling to find things that I've been using since I got this program that seem to have been randonly changed.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? Is it happening with all files or a specific file? Did you try switching the internet connection to check if that helps?  Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
