Yes, I have tried that but the new copies are still just the one initial page. Please pass it on the coworkers.
Addationally, now, the whole page is lagging (everything else on my mac works just fine), it's stuck on one of the pages and won't even show the menu or option of the view of all the pages.
Ok, the version history entry anyway only shows the first page, so what you are seeing may or may not be concerning. You can try creating a new project from a recent entry in that list, and checking that one.
If the copy is also missing pages, I will need to have pass the investigation on to my coworkers who are more familiar with this. But may need to wait till Monday for that.
The cloud icon is the same as in the screenshot you had sent. And the version history shows entries but when I click on them, it's only the one intitial page (the same one that shows up when I view the document from other windows).

Unfortunately, I don't see a similar log associated with your account.
Could you try opening the Express file in a different browser or incognito/private browsing mode of your preferred browser, and check if you are blocked from downloading there as well?
I looked at your logs and it looks like one of the assets in your Express files may have failed to upload. The asset is described as ふわふわとした水彩風の黄色の背景素材. I believe this may have come from Adobe Stock. Please try re-adding it.
