Cannot download PDF - Stops at 90%

I cannot seem to download a one page design into a PDF. It stops at 90%. I have cleared by cache, browing history, tried a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari an Edge). Tried on a laptop and Mac. Shared the file with a colleague, and he is having the same issue. It's only a one page design. I have tried browser and a desktop version of Adobe Express. See the attached screen print of the error.

@Amitej S I am able to download this as a JPEG/PNG. I require a high res PDF thats wby cant use connverter tool.

 

I have sent you a private message with the link to the file. 

 

Seems like it's a font issue. Adobe Express does not like Trajan Colour Font in the main body when exporting as PDF. It's fine when exporting as JPEG/PNG. If I change the font Trajon Pro 3 then it works and I am able to download this as a PDF.  

 

Seems like a bug in the font when exporting to PDF.

Hey @Mukesh366010297slm, I tried to replicate the issue with all Trajan Fonts on a different project, and it exports in PDF, PNG, or JPG without any issues. As for the project you shared on DM, we'd also need edit access to test it.

Hey @Mukesh366010297slm, Welcome to Adobe Express Community! 

Can you confirm if there's any blank layer in your project? Are you able to download the project as a PNG/JPG file? If the project is downloadable in PNG/JPG format, try converting it to PDF using the Adobe Express Quick Action Convert to PDF tool. 

Also, in the meantime, share the project URL with us via community DM. We'll need edit access to the project to investigate it on our end.
