Cannot download video

Have tried repeatedly to download a video that I created in Express. Have made a new video from a template, added a pic, and not been able to download it either. Cannot download ANY videos but really need the initial one that I created since it is for the viewing of our Adobe Campus team and for promotion purposes on our Creative Campus.

    Our engineering team has fixed some bugs since this was last reported.
