Cannot edit premium files

Every time I'm trying to edit a premium graphic / template, I get this error message (see screenshot). I've tried different browsers, it doesn't work.

Hi there,

 

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please try signing out and signing in again to check if that helps? Also, Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?

 

Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. You may check this link for more information on how to clear cache and cookies on the browser: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
