Cannot export to PDF files

My file does not download from Adobe Express. When I try to download it in PDF format, it keeps loading at 90%. My file has 31 pages, and I would like to download it as a single PDF file, but it is still stuck at 90% loading. Even when I try to download each page individually, only three pages can be downloaded in PDF format.

I also tried clearing the cache and changing the browser, but it still does not work.

Please help me fix this issue. Thanks.

j’ai le même problème. mon PDF doit partir chez l’imprimeur, impossible d’exporter en PDF impression. Quelle solution SVP ?

I’m sorry you’re running into this, especially with a file that needs to go to print.

A few things you can try that have helped in similar cases:

  • Duplicate the project and try exporting the copy (this can rule out file-specific issues)
  • Switch browsers (Chrome tends to work best) or try an incognito/private window
  • Check network restrictions — if you’re on a work/school network, make sure Adobe endpoints are allowed: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
  • If the file is large (many pages/assets), try exporting in smaller sections and combining afterward as a temporary workaround

  1. Break your file into smaller sections and export each as a PDF, then combine them later.

  2. Try exporting in a different format, like JPG or PNG, and convert to PDF afterward.

  3. Use a stable, updated browser or the Adobe Express desktop app if possible.

  4. Ensure your internet connection is stable during export.
