Cannot find metric system

All sizes in Adobe Express are in imperial system (inches, mostly). I need to create an A4 poster and cannot find this size. Furthermore, I cannot find an equivalent size because they are all expressed in inches. (well of course, I can convert, ... but I believe it should be built-in).
