Cannot load My Stuff

I work on Android, lately I cannot load My Stuff on the App which I have reloaded numerous times, switched on and off, cleared Cache, Cloud. I have tried everything.

Hello there, just to say the problem persists. I literally have uninstall and reinstall and then I can load my stuff once. After that it freezes again. I never had this problem. It started about three weeks ago. So, just checking in.
