Cannot make a copy from version history

In Version History, I keep selecting "create copy from version" of the verstion that I need. I then get the message saying "something went wrong....refresh". I've refreshed many times as well as closed the application completely and it still does not work to make a copy of my design from the version history.

I just came across your post and wanted to know if you still need help, as it has been a while since this was last reported, and I haven't been able to replicate this issue.

 

It may also help to clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
