Cannot open any files

Hello, when I try to open any item in Adobe Express, the following message appears. Very frustrating, as I'm attempting to work on our organization's newsletter - the sole reason I pay for this softwar - and am completely unable to do so. Please help!

I haven't been able to replicate this issue, replicate this issue. Can you confirm if you still require help?

 

In the meantime, please clear your browser cache and cookies and ensure you have installed the latest version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
