Cannot open files in Adobe Express iPhone app

Hello. I cannot open my files from the Your Stuff folder. I also cannot open templates in the app, and I cannot create files using design assets (including but not limited to photos, elements, illustrations, etc.) .The Adobe Express version is 29.2.0. The iOS version is 18.7.2. Thanks!

Hi @billbootz

In addition to the suggestions from Mahmoud, I noticed this. I show 18.7.1 as being the latest version available for my iPhone. Is 18.7.2 a beta version?
If so, that could be the cause. Unfortunately, we don't support beta versions

Could you downgrade to 18.7.1 and see if the issue persists?

  • Try accessing Adobe Express via a different browser to see if the issue persists.

 

  • Restart the app and your device.

  • Make sure you’re signed in with the correct Adobe ID.

If the issue persists, please share a brief screen recording that demonstrates the problem along with your Adobe ID.
