Cannot place Icons on my project

I have been trying to place icons on my project since yesterday but keep getting the same message that it is unable to place the element on the page and to please try again later. This has been going on now for over 24 hours.

    We're sorry to hear about the issue you're seeing. Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know if that helps.
