Cannot publish projects on certain student accounts

We have been trying for days to publish perojects to turn in the link/project to Google Classroom and it just won't work. I don't know why others work and these don't. They have worked in the past. We are using the Web based platform on Adobe Express. I think it's the most up to date. The laptops are Chromebooks, all up tp date. The photo is blurry, but I had to crop from a video. It's an error message saying "We cannot publish your link at this time. Please try again." We've tried for days.

Apologies for the late response and also for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express. Do you still see the issue? Which browser are you using?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Also, try restarting your computer.

 

Please let us know if this helps. Also, helps us with a screen recording of the workflow to investigate further.
