We're sorry to hear about this issue. Could you please elaborate more on the issue when you cannot save? Are you getting any error messages? If so, would you be able to share the screenshot of the error message? 

 

You may try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
