Cannot upload custom fonts anymore with subscription

The ability to upload custom fonts in Adobe Express is not available on enterprise accounts. Custom fonts would be uploaded by the Admin into your Admin Console. A font is first uploaded to the org, but not provisioned to any users automatically. The Org Admin, Product Admin, or Product Profile Admin can then assign fonts to certain groups of users. You can read more here:  Upload and share custom fonts 

If as an enterprise customer you would like to the ability to upload custom fonts in app,  you can post the request here in UserVoice and you will be notified if the feature changes status: Adobe Express UserVoice

In addition to this: This is an Enterprise account. 

Cache has been cleared, signed out and in again. 

Reassigned the license and thried the different fixes Adobe customer support has suggested, including the repair tool and the 8 following fixes it mentions. Nothing works
