Cannot use custom font

Hello When I go to edit the text in my library from templates we have created, it keeps saying that our custom font is 'view only'. Admin on our end have investigated and can't work out the source of the issue and our designer has resent the assetts, but I still can't edit with our fonts. Can someone please assist. Thanks Vanessa
