Cannot use or click on many buttons

I'm really disappointed because Adobe Spark videos were GREAT, and now there is some coding issue where I cannot even click to add a new slide for a slideshow. I cannot click on several different navigation bars at all and have lost or no longer see all of my previous work. I'm headed to Canva.
