I am new to Adobe Express and for some reason every time I press on the schedule button on Adobe Express it directs me back to the home page I tried from Safari and Chrome and my phone but I get the same problem. does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having the same issue. Everytime I click on the scheduler from the left menu, it just reloads to the homepage. When I try to schedule a post from the dropdown, the scheduling option isn't there.  The link that was posted bring up a 404 page. I'm on an enterprise account, why would there be a restriction?

Hey @Taylor29222837z2k6, Thanks for reaching out. Since when have you been facing this issue? Also, as you mentioned that it's an enterprise account, I suggest you contact the IT Admin and check whether the feature is enabled. If it's enabled on the admin console and you're still unable to access https://adobe.ly/4nxWlbH, please share a screen recording of the workflow of the issue, and we'll investigate it.

Hi @malak_6435,

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to Adobe Express! We're sorry you're running into this issue.

This behavior — being redirected to the home page when trying to access the content calendar — may be linked to your account type or a temporary loading issue.

Here’s what you can try:

  • Make sure you're logged in with the same account across devices.

  • Try accessing the calendar via this direct link: https://adobe.ly/4nopSo3

  • If you're using a school or enterprise account, calendar features may be restricted.

If the issue persists, feel free to reach out; we’re here to help!
