I'm running an iPhone 13 with the latest 18.3 and I can paste to one of my own photos or templates or one of yours but I can't spread it out draw it down to make it bigger to fill the template

Hello @neil_7270. Thanks for reaching out, I believe you’re running into trouble resizing pasted elements in Adobe Express. Let's try to sort this out together!

  • Close and reopen the project to refresh the workspace.

  • Force quit the app and relaunch it.

  • Make sure the element is selected — sometimes a quick double-tap helps to bring up the resize handles.

  • Try duplicating the element, then see if the duplicate can be resized.

  • Check for app updates via the App Store to ensure you’re on the latest version of Adobe Express.

If the issue persists, please let us know what type of element you're pasting (e.g., photo, text, design asset) and whether it happens with all templates or just specific ones. This will help us investigate further. Thanks again for your patience.

Please ensure that your browser is up-to-date to ensure full functionality, and the ability to copy & paste.  

If you are experiencing issues with copy & paste in the text box, it may simply be that you pasted on top of the other text box. One way to double check this is to move the layers around to see if this solves the issue.
