Cant Delete/Edit Transitions

When trying to use the Transitions features, I'm unable to remove the existing one or add new ones. The UI seems to do what I ask, but on reload all the transitions are back where they were before. Critical blocking issue. I can't complete the video if this doesn't work.

    I have had the same problem for about 4 hours. Even when I create a new file. The transition is not or only partially saved.

    Hello, I am working on a video. I've added transitions between each scene, but when I download the video it downloads without the push transitions. What could be causing this?

    And the transitions did not save when I left the file and came back... And now I can't add them back in. This is very glitchy. Why are these issues happening?
