cant remove background

So i have a problem then i mark my photo and click remove background after a minute it pops that background cant be removed try to re uplound photo. how can i fix this isseu ?

The background removal feature is not working. I get the same message when I try to remove a background. I’m on an Apple iPhone 14 Plus with the latest IOS 26.5.2

I have the same issue in the Adobe Express App. The issue exists for at least a week now. It worked before. I am on iPhone 15 using the latest Version.

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.
