Cant share or download a project in animation with audio

I am sooooo frustrated. Enough that I will discontinue using the adobe express product. I am a technology coach for Granite District, in Utah, and students are unable to share or download projects in Animation with audio. The screen just spins and so we are upable to share the link with a teacher. I did this activity with a class today and everything was fine. But I have two classes where it wouldn't download last week, when we went into the animation with audio project, it wouldn't fully load. I don't know what to tell teachers or students. We are all soooo frustrated!!! I even logged into my laptop as the student and couldn't download the project from my laptop instead of the chromebook. I have even power washed the chromebook, cleared the cache, updated it, turned it off. Still can't get the stupid program to load.
