Cant use Custom Uploaded Fonts

Hi everyone

I want to create a Branding Project and use a custom fonts for this.
Therefore I tried to upload the custom fonts to the Project. But when I tried so, it says, that there is an error and that I should try it at a later moment...
Also, in the font-overview, the font cant show a preview of the text.

Is there a solution to this problem? We rely on the costum font in this project.

Yes, I have tried it with two different custom fonts. From three different Type-Foundries.
And the Problem still occurs...
I can upload the custom font, but when i would use it or add it to a branding, it gets stuck and stays in an endless loading loop or i get the error messages attached above.

Do you get the same error with this font as well? I also wondered if this could be related to firewall or security software because of the preview unavailable issue. If you're using any security or firewall software would it be possible to turn it off temporarily to test?

Are you still having issues? I tested a custom font under the brand section and it did work okay for me. If you're still having issues could you test with another font file?
